Return & Exchange Period

You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days from the original shipment date. Returns or exchanges requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Item Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and labels intact

Please note: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Intimates and underwear
  • Socks and tights
  • Bodysuits and shapewear
  • Earrings and hair accessories
  • Beauty and skincare products

Items showing signs of wear such as stains, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other odors will be rejected. Accessories and footwear must be returned in their original packaging or box.

Exchange Procedure

Once you request an exchange, the original item must be returned within 14 days. If we don’t receive the return within this timeframe and the 30-day return period has elapsed, the exchange will be cancelled automatically.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must include proof of purchase, which you’ll find attached to your order confirmation email. Including this with your return ensures faster processing.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Securely re-pack the item, including the completed packing slip.
  • Send the parcel to the return address provided in your return instructions.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  • Please note, Toro Activa is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds are usually processed within 10 to 14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
